About the Cyber Security Center of Excellence (CCoE)
The Cyber Security Center of Excellence (CCoE) is a non-political, community-oriented national initiative focused on building cybersecurity capacity across Bangladesh and the broader South Asian region. We bring together education, operational practice, research, and ecosystem collaboration within a single structured institutional framework.
CCoE is not a commercial training provider. We are a national capacity-building platform — designed to be inclusive, research-informed, and deeply connected to the institutions and communities we serve.

To contribute to a resilient, inclusive, and self-sustaining cybersecurity ecosystem that strengthens national and regional digital resilience.
Mission
To develop skilled cybersecurity professionals, support operational defense capability, advance applied research, and facilitate collaboration between academia, industry, and civil society — ensuring Bangladesh’s digital future is both secure and self-reliant.
